What data is processed
The website has no forms, accounts, comments or analytics: it does not collect data directly. Only the data you send by email (your address, the content of the message and whatever you choose to include) and the server's technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser), generated by the hosting provider, are processed.
Please do not include health data in a first message. This website is not a clinical consultation channel.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your message and, if you ask, to assess a collaboration (art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual steps at your request, and art. 6.1.f, legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries). Server logs are processed for the operation and security of the site (art. 6.1.f). No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built.
Recipients and transfers
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The hosting and email provider (Hostalia) acts as data processor. The owner does not make international data transfers.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then blocked for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to kine@samuelcurro.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
